Taliban USA

Let us stop calling the opponents of the health care polite, gentle names like "the tea party", lets call them what they are ... Taliban USA. They want to rule. They want to dictate life in the USA. They seem willing to kill to get their way. They are not Americans, they are the enemy of the American way.

If a gang of whites or blacks or latinoes or teens pulls stunts like breaking windows, threatening the lives of government officials, destroying property, we, the real Americans, would be up on arms demanding the government crack down on these people and throw them, and their leaders, into jail. Homeland Security would be on full alert about those who wanted to overthrow the government. Where are out protectors now?

We have a right and a need to restore order even if it means throwing a former guest at the White House into jail and charging him and his followers with treason. We have a right to fight for our way of life. Good or bad it is the best in the world. We a right to disagree with its policies. We have a right to voice our opinions. But we do not have a right to take the law into our own hands. If we did, we would not be in Iraq right now and, perhaps, we would not be forced to fight the Taliban USA.

As a child I learned that my rights end at the other person nose, and includes his property. Right now my nose is feeling very sore from the actions of the US Taliban.
